Here are some important guidelines to know before ordering your business cards.

| General Guidelines: |
- All business cards are run 4/4 or in full color process on both sides.
- We offer quantities of 1,000, 2,500, 5,000 and 10,000. For orders over 10,000 please contact us for quote.
- Quantites are per design or card and cannot be broken up between different card designs.
- Proof for Custom Design = 1 business day
- Please Note: Custom Design prices do not include logo design or work or custom illustration.
- Printing turnaround time = 2-3 business days
- Proof for template design turnaround time = 1 business day
- Custom Design is an additional $40, which includes two rounds of proofs, with changes. Extra charges apply for more then two rounds of changes.
- Free delivery to the tri-county area (Wayne, Oakland & Macomb). For out-of-town/state customers, we ship FEDEX.
- Optional UV Coating is free... Please Note: It is very difficult to write on UV coating with most pens and markers.
- You are responsible for the text input on the business card and quality of supplied images.
- You are responsible for approving the final proof. This means you certify the job "Print Ready" and are 100% responsible for the content.
- No refunds will be given. Manufacturing errors will be rerun at no additional charge. We reserve the right to judge what constitutes a manufacturing error.
- By submitting a job to us, you certify that you own the rights to use the image(s) being reproduced on your order and indemnify and hold harmless the printer from any and all loss, cost expense, and damages on any and all manner of claims, demands, actions and proceedings.
- Turnaround times are not guaranteed, however we make every attempt to adhere to them.
- We reserve the right to refuse any job.
- The free business card templates are only available to customers of Business Card Printing Detroit who are using them to place a printing order with us.
