Here are some important guidelines to know before ordering your business cards.

| General Guidelines: |
- All business cards are run 4/4 or in full color process on both sides.
- We offer quantities of 1,000, 2,500, 5,000 and 10,000. For orders over 10,000 please contact us for quote.
- Quantites are per design or card and cannot be broken up between different card designs.
- Proof for Custom Design = 1 business day
- Please Note: Custom Design prices do not include logo design or work or custom illustration.
- Printing turnaround time = 2-3 business days
- Proof for template design turnaround time = 1 business day
- Custom Design is an additional $40, which includes two rounds of proofs, with changes. Extra charges apply for more then two rounds of changes.
- Free delivery to the tri-county area (Wayne, Oakland & Macomb). For out-of-town/state customers, we ship FEDEX.
- Optional UV Coating is free... Please Note: It is very difficult to write on UV coating with most pens and markers.
- You are responsible for the text input on the business card and quality of supplied images.
- You are responsible for approving the final proof. This means you certify the job "Print Ready" and are 100% responsible for the content.
- No refunds will be given. Manufacturing errors will be rerun at no additional charge. We reserve the right to judge what constitutes a manufacturing error.
- By submitting a job to us, you certify that you own the rights to use the image(s) being reproduced on your order and indemnify and hold harmless the printer from any and all loss, cost expense, and damages on any and all manner of claims, demands, actions and proceedings.
- Turnaround times are not guaranteed, however we make every attempt to adhere to them.
- We reserve the right to refuse any job.
- The free business card templates are only available to customers of Business Card Printing Detroit who are using them to place a printing order with us.

| I AM USING ON OF THE FREE TEMPLATES |
- Please be careful when entering your text, the business card will be printed with EXACTLY what you entered. Proof your text. You will not receive a proof before going to press. (Unless requested).
- Please be mindful of what can fit on the business card, depending on what design you choose and/or how many characters you've input.
- If you want to see a proof of your template business card design, just check the box that says "I need to see a proof". Please note that seeing a proof adds an extra day to the turnaround time.

| I AM HAVING MY BUSINESS CARDS CUSTOM DESIGNED |
- All elements (Images, logos and text) must be sent via email or FTP for design to begin. Please also include any design instructions, if any, with this information.
- All pixel based elements must be 300 DPI resolution. Please note that images from the internet (i.e.: Goggle or Yahoo image search) are way below print resolution and will not work for commercial printing. We do not use them.
- To achieve best results of your logo, it should be supplied in vector art form
(eps or ai files with fonts outlined).
- A proof will be sent to you within 48 hours of receiving your business card elements.

- All pixel based elements must be 300 DPI resolution. Please note that images from the internet (i.e.: Google or Yahoo image search) are way below print resolution and will not work for commercial printing. We do not use them.
- Press ready files must be sent via email for printing to begin.
- Files we accept: PDF, tiff, jpg, eps or ai with fonts outlined.
- All files must be to size and have an 1/8" of bleed.
- All files must be in the CMYK color mode (not RGB).
